Returns Policy
Full-priced items are eligible for exchange and return within fourteen (14) days of being received.
No refund will be issued for the reduced products, however exchanges are possible in this case.
Contact our customer service at support@sunies.eu and let us know the reason you want to exchange or return.We unfortunately can't provide any pre-printed return labels since the customer is liable for the return costs in our website.
Products must be returned in the condition they were received in their original box.
Due to high demand during sales periods, please allow up to 10 working days for the return to come back to us and then a further 10 working days for the return to be processed before contacting us. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We offer free shipping for most of the countries worldwide. Information about the shipping costs will be shown at the checkout. We dispatch your order within 1 to 2 workdays after we receive the payment. The delivery time depends on the country which the products will be sent.
This is my 3rd pair of "dressy" SUNIES. When going on vacations in warm weather, this is the ONLY pair of shoes you will need! They are perfect for the beach, the pool, and also go well with sun dresses for evenings out and sight seeing. I have them in 3 colors. They are probably the MOST COMFORTABLE pair of shoes I own. So incredibly versatile and beats packing a million pair of shoes when traveling :).
